El nuevo titular del Ministerio Público, Emiliano Rolón, sugestivamente no mostro interés en la verdadera montaña y evidencias sobre los hechos de corrupción en la comuna de Ciudad del Este. En forma soberbia el intendente, Miguel Prieto, se considera intocable, y suman las denuncias de hechos irregulares tipificados como dolo. Son al menos 11 fiscales quienes cajonearon al menos 26 denuncias concretas documentadas.
Vean y escuchen lo que dijo el fiscal General del Estado, Emiliano Rolón, cuando se le pregunto por las denuncias por corrupción contra el intendente de CDE, Miguel Prieto.
Con tibieza y en forma ambigua. Fue la respuesta del titular del Ministerio Público, Emiliano Rolón, ante la pregunta directa si van a seguir cajoneados las denuncias concretas por hechos de corrupción contra el intendente Prieto.
Casi todas las denuncias presentadas contra el intendente, y que se siguen realizando por los medios de prensa, ya nadie quiere presentar denuncias por que todas son cajoneadas.
Hay una verdadera montaña de evidencias de los hechos de corrupción los cuales causaron un enorme daño patrimonial al municipio. Hay casos emblemáticos como las compras de una despensa barrial por 500 mil dólares.
O el caso de la tala masiva de arboles en un espacio verde autorizado por resolución firmado por el propio jefe comunal.
O la compra de tapa bocas de oro, cuya sobrefacturación lo admitió el propio intendente, pero trato de borrar con el codo lo que firmo con la mano.
Esto sin mencionar las groseras sobrefacturación en la construcción de la costanera donde claramente el constructor admitió que pagaba coima por cada desembolso que realizaba la comuna.
Existe una montaña de documentos relevantes que demuestran el alto grado corrupción en la comuna. Hay un enorme daño patrimonial.
Tampoco hasta el momento no se pronunció el fiscal adjunto de Alto Paraná, Jorge Sosa García.
Son 11 fiscales quienes están cajoneando 26 denuncias por hechos de corrupción contra el jefe comunal de CDE.
